TACOS AND TEQUILA STATION

It’s like a Taco Truck, but without the truck!
Select up to 3 taco options for your guests to choose from, such as Tacos al Pastor, Cilantro Grilled Chicken, Chorizo-Shrimp, Carne Asada, Birria, or Tinga. Pairs well with margaritas (but hey, you already knew that). This station can be full-service, or self-serve.

GRILLIN' & CHILLIN' ALL-AMERICAN BBQ

Hotter than a summer’s day and cooler than an ice-cold lemonade, our Grillin’ & Chillin’ BBQ is smokin’ hot.
Our grill masters will prepare the All-American BBQ on-site. We bring all the equipment and go all out decorating the perfect BBQ for you (including torches and lighting for evening BBQs).

MASHED POTATO MARTINI BAR

Our Mashed Potato Martini Bar is a unique and delightful way to elevate any event. Your guests can select their gourmet base of mashed potatoes, which is served in martini glasses. Guests are given an array of toppings to choose from, including crumbled bacon, chives, sour cream, shredded cheddar, and smokey BBQ sauce. Choose 3 from: Joel Robuchon’s Classic Mashed Potatoes, Purple Potatoes, Roasted Garlic, Truffle, Sweet Potatoes, or Crispy Tater Tots. This station can be full-service or self-serve.

PASTA STATION

Gluten Free pasta prepared with your choice of basil pesto, marinara, alfredo or creamy vodka sauce. Your guests will be able to add sun dried tomatoes, grilled chicken, pecorino Romano, capers, or grape tomatoes.(GF, DFO, NF, VO) 

WINE AND CHEESE STATION

Seasonal artisan cheeses and grapes, elegantly displayed on a wooden plank over two barrels. Imported and locally sourced cheeses. Served with Gluten Free Crackers.

PAELLA

Watch our chefs prepare traditional (and not-so-traditional) Spanish Paellas cooked outdoors at your site.  We use authentic short grain Calasparra rice, and infuse it with saffron, onions, garlic and pimentos, simmers for an hour with your choice of seafoods, chicken, meats and vegetables.

GRAZING STATION

A smorgasbord curated with the perfect contrast of various cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, cured meats, nuts, spreads, jams, gluten free crackers, honey, and other charcuterie specialties. Basic and premium options available.

Calling all Carnivores! Meat lovers, this one is for you. Roasted Pesto Pork Loin Wrapped in Hickory Bacon, Slow Roasted Filet topped with our Demi-Glace Sauce, Smoked Turkey Breasts (choose from BBQ, Mesquite, Black Pepper, Lemon-Garlic, or Truffle), Prime Rib, and Smoked Applewood Sausages, Honey-Glazed Ham, Peppercorn-Crusted Sushi Grade Tuna, Tequila-Lime Marinated Flank Steak. Our Soda and Water Station includes ice-cold soda cans (assortment of Coke© products) and mini bottles of water on a bed of ice.

COFFE STATION

Regular and Decaf Coffee Decanters (includes cream, milk, sugar, cups, stirrers, napkins).
Optional Upgrade: Premium Coffee Station, which includes a variety of syrups, crystal rock sugar sticks, orange blossom honey, and cinnamon sugar

LEMONADE STATION

A witty and colorful display of Pink Lemonade, Blueberry Lemonade, Basil-Strawberry Lemonade, and good’ol traditional Lemonade. Includes disposable cups and ice. 

MIMOSA STATION

We provide freshly squeezed orange juice carafes and premium disposable champagne flutes.
You provide the champagne. 

MOCKTAIL STATION

Let your guests have fun making their own concoctions with our make-your-own mocktail station, including Mango Mule, Dry Cranberry Spritzer, Berry Burlesque, Pineapple Cobbler and Serrano Margarita. Comes with all the mixes, juices, garnishes, straws, and cups.

You may provide your own alcohol to convert the mocktails into cocktails.
