If you are planning to have a place for all your guests to sit down, a Buffet may be a good option. Our Buffets include a “complete meal” laid out in an elegant way using professional equipment that will maintain hot foods hot and cold foods cold. Your guests will be able to serve themselves. Since many of the food items in a Buffet will typically require the guests to use cutlery, we don’t recommend Buffets when the guests will be mostly standing during an event. Our staff will arrive before your event to set up the Buffet and will remain on-site throughout the event and will clean after the event. Alternatively, some of our Buffets can also be Drop-Off-Only service, if you’d like.
