Tacos al Pastor

Tender pork marinated in a blend of chiles, spices, and pineapple – grilled in the traditional Mexican “trompo” fire pit. Served with fresh cilantro, diced onions, and a splash of lime juice

Cilantro-Lime Grilled Chicken Tacos

Thin chicken breast, seasoned with lime zest and garlic and charcoal-grilled. Served with cilantro, Mexican cole slaw, and fresh crema

Chorizo-Shrimp Tacos

Crumbled Spanish Chorizo and blackened shrimp, served with salsa verde and pineapple

Carne Asada Tacos

Grilled flank steak with housemade marinade, and served with diced red onion and cilantro with optional chipotle sauce

Birria Tacos

Beef tacos braised in authentic Mexican stew made with adobo, tomato bouillon, dried chiles, and traditional herbs and spices, and sauteed in corn tortillas

Chicken Tinga Tacos

Pulled rotisserie-style chicken, cooked in adobo and fire-roasted tomatoes, and served with avocado, cilantro, onions and Cotija cheese

Mexican Rice

Fluffy long-grain Mexican rice, cooked in tomato sauce, garlic, onions and a blend of aromatic spices, served with peas and carrots

Mexican Street Corn (Elote)

Grilled corn kernels in a creamy, tangy mixture of mayo, sour cream, and lime juice, coated with cotija cheese and chili powder. Served cold.

Melted cheese blend of Monterey Jack and Chihuahua cheeses, infused with savory Spanish chorizo, and served with warm corn tortillas
